I will be your buddy! I am great at tracking up what I eat and keeping the calories down. But...I need to change some of the foods I am eating and drink several more oz. of fluids. I also need to exercise more. So...let's motivate each other...By the way...I am LeAnne in Georgia.
Congratulations on taking these steps toward a healthier life for yourself. A great place to get buddies is also on a team that you are a part of. I've met some really good friends this way.

I will defitally do this for you. I would like the same but take into consideration that i am a sailor and sometime will be away for weeks at a time. Right now i am home for a bit.

Ok, so here I go again I am starting over... again, only this time I already have a different attitude and approach, this time instead of getting discouraged and quiting after only a few days im going to keep doing something, anything, to keep me motivated. Even if its just adding a vegie or a fruit that day or walking, I am going to do this I CAN DO THIS! Anyone want to buddy up with me and hold me accountable? I am going to make a goal every day when I wake up and I will post it on my spark page, I need someone to answer to, someone to say hay why didnt you get that done today? And jump with me when I am able to.
