See how many SparkPoints you can get each day and this will help you find and use many of the tools of the site. Make sure you make a SparkPage as this is how you can have people post to you to help inspire you! Please remember this is a marathon, not a sprint. It is not a diet, but a lifestyle change. Hi Chris, Welcome to SP! This is a great site with everything you need to be a healthier you. Members are supportive and helpful. The Nutrition and Fitness trackers are really helpful tools. Being active on your Spark Teams is a good way to stay motivated and be accountable. It's also a great way to make new friends with similar interests.

Hi Everyone, My name is Chris and I am 49 years old. Although I am not consider extremely overweight, my weight has started to creep up the last few years and so has my cholesterol numbers. I am looking for good ideas to get my cholesterol lowered and to help trim 10 pounds, plus get in better physical shape. Am I hoping for too much? Halfpint621
