Thanks for the ideas. I'll have to skip the eggs as I'm allegic to those too but nts seem a good idea. I don't get the munchies but know thta if there is soemthing I could have it will stop me getting them. Reverse psychology!

cold steak.
hard boiled egg.
nut butter.

Also, why are you getting the munchies? Maybe up your intake at meals so you don't need to eat between them.

hard when its not dairy.. hmmm

egg whites (don't know if this is dairy haha)
beef jerky
nuts (minimal protein, but some)
could have 2oz chicken with veggies
protein shake w/ almond milk
