MRSDROP11: you will get there! My first goal was 149. (I just wanted to see a "4" on the scale. it had been a while.) When I got there, I added another small goal. Then another small one. baby steps. So jealous of your hawaii trip. : )

Congrats on reaching your first weight goal! I would love to get down to 135-140 eventually. My first goal is 145 in time for my trip to Hawaii :)

What would you attempt, if you knew you could not fail?
I finally hit my weight of 135 lbs. It took forever but slow and steady wins the race. I still have about 5 lbs I need to lose but feel great and have soo much energy. I gave up some things but never gave up others. I am exercising and running and playing tennis. I love spark people!
