Hi everyone, I am new to Sparkpeople. I don't have a huge goal to tackle but have rather hit a plateau that I can't seem to shake. I workout regularly, I eat pretty healthy but just can't get to that next level. I know it takes dedication and some accountability so I am here. Please help hold me accountable as I am accountable for helping others as well. I teach a group fitness class 3 times a week and we kill it every day!! I don't always get to workout with my bootcamp girls but try and work along if I can. I also go to the gym on top of it and do free weights and elliptical. I try and mix it up regularly. I like learning new things in regards to fitness and nutrition so I am all ears for those that want to share!! Thanks for this opportunity and support.
