I know this will sound weird, but use tofu as your protein instead of a packaged protein powder. My husband and I each have one every morning and I promise you can't taste the tofu AT ALL. I usually do about 1/3 cup tofu, almond milk, and fresh fruits (whatever I have on hand). Just throw it in the blender and you're good to go!

Does anyone have a good recipe for homemade meal replacement shakes or protein shakes? I would like to take these but they seem very expensive.
