A general Internet search for any particular recipe should turn up more hits than you can handle. Just type in "recipe for ..." and then begin browsing through the list that turns up.

Go up to the Healthy Lifestyle tab at the top of this page. Click on it & you will see the place where the SparkRecipes.com is located..click on it & it takes you to the recipe section. I LOVE this site & use the recipe section almost daily. I print them out, punch holes in them & keep them in a 3 ring binder on my cookbook shelf in the kitchen. My husband has been enjoying the meals I've made from this site. Good Luck !

Welcome to SparkPeople! All of the recipes are on our sister site, SparkRecipes.com . Are you looking on there for the recipes? You mentioned you don't have access for the recipes, what exactly happens when you try to access them?

I'm very disappointed. I joined spark people thinking I could actually get a recipe for Scandinavian Pot Roast that does haven't onions in it. I signed up and I do not have access to the actual recipe. So NOT IMPRESSED!
