For me, that depends on which vegetable we're talking about. For example, I prefer broccoli cooked because it's not as dry (as much as I like the taste of broccoli, it's hard for me to choke down raw). Cauliflower, asparagus, tomatoes I love them either way.

I love roasted vegs and I also like them steamed.

I like my vegetables any way I can get them but I guess my favorite is lightly roasted
