Every day, my friend and I have a facebook page together that our blogs post to. We text each other when we get up, and make sure throughout our day to touch base with one another. we have our facebook page and blog about topics, link things to everyone and motivate each other- and anyone else we hope:) We put motivational pictures and such on it:)

Everyone is welcome to add, of course. It's been great:)

My personal facebook for weight loss is also another one that I use, and also something that helps me:) I use it to link my food journal, how I'm doing, and let people follow me if they want!
