I feel great. I had a good workout this morning looking forward to my walk around the outer office here at work. Only 20 laps will help me reach my goal!
To those that fail a little short of there goal. Its okay. You know the old saying, "if at first you don't succeed... Try, try, again. Just keep going. Be encouraged by the great things you've done and those things you're going to do!
I'll tell everyone that weight loss is hard work. I work harder at trying to take off the fat then I do with anything else. I've learned that you can't give in to the little devil sitting on your shoulder telling you to buy the candy bar because it on sale, or just because I woke up a few minutes late, I shouldn't go to the gym simply because I want make it in time for a good workout. Don't believe it!

I wish I was feeling better. Tomorrow, my in-laws are expected to make an unwelcome visit. We have tried to tell them our feelings, about them, but seeing their grandchildren is more important than how my husband and I feel. So, tomorrow we are not answering the door to give them a clear picture that we are done. And, I have a nosy neighbor that is outside all the time and my kids and I are like prisoners in our own home. We cannot enjoy our summer. My husband plans on talking to our manager and the owner of our complex to have this annoying neighbor removed. It's been an extremely stressful week and I feel really alone, since hubby works 12 hour days 5 days a week. These intrusions keep taking place while my husband is at work. Any suggestions or thoughts or prayers would be wonderful at this time.
