My workouts change from week to week, One week its nothing but cardio ( 1hr on the treadmill then rowing / biking ), the next week cardio (running 2 or 3 miles) then body weight (push ups / sit ups / pull ups ) the third week would be running 2 or 3 miles Cross fit style workout with some type of cardio between sets ( biking / running / rowing / jump rope ) Then the 4th week would be Running ( 2 or 3 miles ) and high rep weight work 4 or 5 sets of 12 to 15 reps.
Then the cycle repeats itself every month. I'm really not trying to bulk up more of a tone and tighten up for my bride.
