If you don't know how to figure out the calories, you don't know what other nutrients you're missing, either. You could hurt yourself extremely badly with this plan. Human beings can't live on fruits and vegetables alone, much less on juice. People who decide to become vegans have to spend months learning about how to combine foods and when to take a supplement so they don't get sick. Please talk to your doctor, and go back on a diet that includes many different types of food unless and until you STUDY and LEARN how to make this safe.
I am doing a all veggie and fruit diet juicing, and i am not to sure how to enter the juice amounts. As i dont know the calories of the veggies, i was wondering is just a regular veggie calorie but put into liquid for on my food chart ok?
