ok, well on my own sparkpeople page you can go back to the old fitness log and it will let you change the days that you work out and then it will change on the app. On the new fitness page that option is not available to new people with new accounts and therefore it doesn't matter how many days you input to work out it defaults to M,W,F on the app. I guess I'll have to live with it for now. Thanks!

Ahh- I didn't realize you were using the app. I think that's a bug that our Tech folks are working to fix during the next update of the app.

Yes, I have done this but it will still stay on 3 days a week on the app. I can't change the days to M,T,W, Th, and Fri

If you go to your fitness tracker and click Fitness Setup (right near the date at the top) you can change it from there.

I just started an account for my daughter and I can't for anything find how to change the cardio days. It defaults to mon, wed, fri even if i put cardio for 5 days a week! How can I change the days to Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur and Fri?

Click on Change Fitness Goals on your fitness tracker and you can change the days from there.

It's entirely possible I'm just a bit slow and this is an incredibly easy thing to find, but...

How do I change the days when I'm doing cardio/strength training. I had originally set it up to do SuMTThF for cardio and now that I'm on a pattern (as a result of our half marathon training schedule) of SuMTWTSa and I can't figure out how to change it.

A little help from those of you who have been here longer than I have?
