Thanks everyone! I'm still making better choices just not moving as much. I asked my hubby to carry my weights upstairs for me so I can at least lift upper body while I'm sitting around here ;) Reading Spark continues to daily motivate me! Kim

I tore my ACL back in Februray, had surgery in March and am now recovering. I try to remember how far I came before I injured myself and know I will get back to that again. I'm really careful about tracking my calories do I don't get back to where I was.

Well over eating and getting down is not going to help you feel better.. Sit tight and eat within the low end of your calorie range and remember this is a temporary situation.. It would be annoying to have to work off extra lbs because you let emotions run away with you.
I was doing so good! Tracking, exercising, on schedule... Then I found out I tore a muscle over Easter Weekend playing kickball with my family. Now I'm in a cast. I don't sit still very well and am a stay at home mom/ business owner (agriculture). How do you keep motivated with an injury?
