On your exercise tracking...you should be able to log the video that you did and for how long and that'll tell you how many calories you burned. It takes your weight, age and sex into consideration.

I just started this so I may be overlooking it, but can anyone tell me how we are supposed to know how many calories we are burning? I did an exercise video but I don't have a clue how many calories it used up. Is there somewhere in this program where it explains how to calculate that?
