i really like the videos on SP. I will do the 10 minute boxing ones for a total of 40 minutes and feel a burn. I also like the lifting videos, both dumbbells and resistance bands. Great resource that is free and easy to follow. Plus Coach Nicole is a nice instructor, not yelling at me like Jillian Michaels.

I found the workouts on the exercise tracker to be as much as I can handle, so I'm good with those! However, I really dislike the videos. I tried two, and they reminded me of those aerobics classes where everyone who has done them a hundred times knows exactly what to do and when, but if you're starting out you're floundering and lost and feeling foolish.

What specific workouts are you talking about? The workouts in the fitness tracker, or videos?
2 sets of 8-12 reps are generally considered to be pretty good, as long as you're using enough weight to fatigue your muscles. You can do more, but you're not getting more benefit; just using more time.
I've found that I get plenty good results with 2 sets. No matter what you're used to doing, try something different for a while, and see how it works for you!

I am looking at the workouts here and it seems pretty good but the sets seem a little low I am used to doing 3 sets of reps weight that goes up and reps go down.
