I have found that true bliss is found when I am 100% in the present moment. Harder than it sounds as those moments of true bliss can be counted on my fingers alone. We can however work on savoring every moment for just what it is the present.
When you do your best, it brings a reward of self-mastery with every choice.
When I have had anxiety the best way to sooth and center myself is to consciously pay attention to my breath. Taking in soothing happy thoughts, gratitudes and appreciations and exhaling anxiety and worry etc. I like to think of the inhale as white light and visualize the exhale as blue smoke. Be here now and enjoy every moment of your journey to the healthiest most fit you possible.
Hope this helps.
