@Moodymollyr: Go to the 'Healthy Lifestyle' tab (to the right of 'My Trackers') click 'Sparkrecipes.com', on the main Sparkrecipes page, about the middle of the screen and slightly to the left you will see a button 'Use our free recipe calculator'.
It makes everything so easy!

I just made a chicken salad with a can of chicken, sweet relish, and miracle whip. The thing is I can put in what I used, but it made more than I ate. So do I just guestimate like I did or is there a recipe builder somewhere that you can break down into servings. Thanks!
