Hi Dar. The site no longer sends out an email. You can find the stages in the resource centre, and here is a link to them as well:

You move on at your own pace, and when you are ready. Congratulations on being consistent in your FastBreak goals.

Hi Cassi,

Thanks for theLink to the article. I understand a bit better now but I still have questions. I realize I have had my fast break goal since I started and have been tracking them pretty well over the past month and I am guessing I am still on Stage 1. How do you know when to move on and i would like to move on now, how to get to the next stage an email or a notification?

Hi Dar!

SparkPeople is set into stages, and when you first start out, you are in FastBreak. It's meant to get you to set a few small goals that are achieveable, so you can gain momentum at the same time as you are learning your way around the site. Too much too soon is a guarantee for failure.

Here is a link to the Fast Break overview:

Please read through it, and if you have any further questions, I'd be happy to help.

I don't think you 'join' - you just select a topic and comment. . . unless I'm wrong. . .

How do you join it and how is your success monitored?
