On the homepage there are goals listed for weight, food, and fitness. Click the 'change' links for weight and fitness and reset all the values on those pages and save them. This forces your nutritional recommendation to be recalculated.

I weigh 165 and I am 5'4", how many calories do I need to lose weight? I think SP put it in for me when I first joined, but now I think it is messed up. Can anyone help me with this?
