a good eight hours. Last night was a bummer though. I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep. So I guess I will be taking a short snooze this afternoon.

If it were uninterrupted I think I would need 8. That's what I get but I feel so tired when I get up because I was awake so many times during the night. I feel like I need 10 hours.

7 to 8 hours a night. I'm a bit groggy and take longer to wake up in the mornings if I get less than that.

I need a good eight hours, sometimes more. Get it more often than not, although usually interrupted.

awww Sleep,

Sleep is by far my greatest health challenge. I use to pride myself on going without sleep. For years, I average around 4-5 hours a night. I felt fine, really didn't think I needed the recommended 7-8

Then I started monitoring my blood work. Despite eating the right foods, working out regularly, my blood pressure and cholesterol were high.

I was baffled, until I researched fully just how important sleep really is. Now I make it a point to get at least 7 or more hours a night. I now feel so MUCH Better. My energy is way up, no more 3 o'clock slump, and best of all, my blood work is normal and I avoided needing meds. (sorry pharmaceutical companies, your not getting my $$$)

Lately I struggle if I get any less than 8 hours, I used to be fine on 7 hours a night but now I try to get a couple of nights at 9 hours.

What does everyone else need and do you get it?! And if not, why not? emoticon emoticon
