My weight loss/weight control is 10% physical 80% mental and 10% spiritual.
It's all about working through those periods where my mind is telling me to give into a craving and binge on some unhealthy foods! Or working through the times when my mind is telling me that its okay if I eat way over my calorie range today. Mental, for sure!
