When I used to be doing the "exchange" system of counting, one protein was equal to three egg whites. That's what I eat every morning for breakfast.

1/4 cup of egg whites is 1 serving. If your seperating the eggs then I'd use 4.

There is a recipe that calls for four servings of egg white. Is that two eggs, or four? Thanks!
