1 cup = 235 ml, approximately.
The serving size of most rices is measured dry, as 1/4 cup (or about 59 g.)

Firstly - how much rice is in one cup? We don't use cup measures in the UK so some recipes are really confusing

Secondly, how much Arborio dry rice for a healthy portion?
