You can enter that as a recipe on SparkRecipes.com using the recipe calculator and make sure to enter it as 14 servings (since you said it makes about 14 cups) and the recipe calculator will calculate it for you.

I have a recipe for a multi bean soup. It consists of several cans of beans, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, chicken broth, ground turkey and spices. It makes about 14 cups of soup. How do I calculate the calorie content for a cup?
