you can also just go to bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator - then you can track the calories burned of anything you do.

I'm so jazzed! I found a site www.nutracalories.com. It has all sorts of information but the best of all - it has charts on daily activities and the amount of calories we burn! Oh yeah baby, spark tracker here I come! For the past 3 weeks I have been painting the outside and points of origin unknown inside. We have stucco siding - the worst! But when it comes to burning calories - the best! I spend 3 hours each day painting the siding and I get about 1/3 of a wall done. Yep, you read that right. On the website I learned today for each hour I paint, I burn 419 calories!!! In the Florida hot sun I might be burning more but who knows? Anyway, go to www.nutristrategy.com/caloriesburned.htm. There will be a chart with weights, activities and calories burned. If you can't find what you're looking for then at the top of the page click on work activities/hobbies. Wha Laa! There are even more such as painting, gardening, etc. I wish I'd had access to this site weeks ago. I'd feel much better about my diet plan. I'm disabled and can't do a lot most of the exercises on the tracker and was getting very depressed that there isn't a program out there for people like me. Now I've got control! So, get moving and get tracking. And I hope you're getting as excited as I am!!!!
