I tracked mine as Dance cardio.. But on days I just add the tummy tuck How do I add that to my tracker. Normally I add my core routine from the Grouped ones I Manually entered

Just to clarify folks; while these may be a great workout, they're not going to reduce butt-fat. Where you lose weight is determined largely by genetics, and you can't target certain areas to reduce the fat there. That's not how weight loss works, I"m afraid.
You can build the muscles under that fat, but where it comes off depends on how you're built... not what exercises you do.

I tried the Brazil Butt Lift an you definately feel it in weird places. I want to lose about 20lbs but I want to keep my Junk. The BBL has different solutions based on your Butt type, it has flat, too big and pear shape. I missing on of the DVD's because I just moved but I am going to start up again on April 16 th. I am going to do the Classic solution it more just to tone your but, it has a cardio, abs and of course butt DVD's. The normal program is 60 days. But I am going to do 30. Right now I am doing the Firm Express and then I am going Jillan Michaels Body Revolution in conjuction with BBL. if any one want to join with me let me know. Is it a strength training based program or a cardio-based program? In order for this activity to be tracked as a cardio based program, it should elevate your heart rate between 60-85% of your max heart rate and sustain that rate for a period of at least 20 minutes.
If this program incorporates both, strength training and cardio, you may want to use the circuit training option.
I'm hoping someone can help me on this one. I'm starting the Brazil Butt Lift program tomorrow and am looking to see how/where to track it in the SP Fitness Tracker. I haven't been able to find the program listed though. Is it in there and I'm just not inputting it properly or do I need to add it manually? If manually, how do I do that so that it will calculate the calorie burn properly?
