Has this happened to anyone????? I'm a 49yo F on WW and doing well with that ((down 47 pounds) until this past week; and bam......I'm up a shocking 8 lbs from this time last week!!!! The ONLY thing I did different this week was started a "couch to 5k" training program and only did it ONCE. Have not taken in any extra sodium (no eating out, etc).......HELP! I know it's not just about the scale, but I feel so puffy!!!!! Frustrating
