You're right that keeping it off is the hardest part as 95% of people regain it. Read "THE SUGAR FIX" by Richard Johnson M.D. and watch his lecture on YouTube. Also, watch the Youtube series" THE SKINNY ON OBESITY" with Robert Lustig M.D.

I'm 60 and I've reached my weight goal! Now the really hard part, I have to maintain with healthy and wise choices.

If I reach the end of my life, or the end of a day or a month or a year, I consider it success if I have walked humbly with my God, touched another with His love, and lived in such a way that my actions and attitudes brought glory to His Name. It�s not about me.
