From January to April I went from 220lbs down to 193lbs. From then until September I fluctuated from 195 to 205. I'd rather fluctuate from 170-180.
Anyway, now that I've creeped back up to 210 (maybe even a little more), I figure it's time to grab this by the balls and get my lifestyle where I want it to be. I was so close back in April, but let things spin out of control.
I've lost 27lbs before, so if I do it again I'll be well on my way towards my goal weight.

I've been on hiatus and maintaining. I need to get back on the horse and complete the journey to my target weight. Welcome back.

Spark People works, and what's so great about it is that it is not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. It gives you tools to change your life and to live better. I was even heavier than you. I weighed in at 226. So far I've dropped 58 pounds and I'm still working hard using the tools to get to a healthy weight.
You can do this, it won't be easy, but it will be worth it!

This is such a wonderful website. I'm just wrapping up day 3 of being back again.
When I saw 222.2 on the scale Tuesday morning after returning from a convention in San Fran, I had no choice but to do something.
As the title says: "I'm bound a determined" to get on board with this wonderful program. And shame on me for ever abandoning it in the first place.
