I was diagnosed with Diabetes June 27 2012. The lab results show a fasting level of 17. Decided I would try getting my diet under control and get some of this extra weight off as well. I hope by keeping track of my meals I will be able to change my eating habits. I am hoping that with some help from members of this program I will be able to face the challenges ahead.
