I totally agree. I've come back to SP after being gone for too long. Really enjoying being "back on that horse"!

I know! Isn't it amazing? First of all welcome to SparkPeople. You are right to be excited because this is such a great site to loose weight and get more fit. I was surprised too. Chris really has all the bases covered it really IS easy to stay motivated on SparkPeople. Congratulations on your weight loss and keep up the good work!

I joined SP last week, but I didn't really pay attention to everything on the site. Well I made a promise to myself that I would log in after each meal, track my nutrition, and browse for 10 minutes. I'm so excited that I've stuck to this. I weighed 197 a few days before I joined SP, 195 the day I joined, and now I'm down to 192! I really think the support and all the features on this site are a huge reason why I've been able to stay motivated this week. I'm going to take it one day at a time but I know this is going to be good for me.
