First and foremost make sure you faithfully track everything you eat- it makes a HUGE difference. Then you can start incorporating more exercise into your routine and you'll see the weight start to come off :) Try searching for sparkteams that grab your interest- you can find them under the community tab. I am struggling trying to lose weight. About a year ago I went through a really bad breakup and I felt horrible just about everything especially my looks. I was 5'1 and about 190lbs. I got on the grind of working out and eating better and just trying to stay active and started feeling better about myself inside and out. I lost 55lbs. Got back into another relationship earlier this year and I gained the love freshman 15 and it's so frustrating. I just got so comfortable in my relationship and started litteraly pigging out. Well I want to lose that and have been trying to for about 2 months but nothing I try works. I'm not into fad diets or depriving myself because then I will give in and over indulge. I don't know why it's so hard this time to lose these 10-15lbs I have gained. It's so frustrating and I've about given up hope because I am at a lose.
