I'm new to Sparkpeople and recently found the ad in SHAPE magazine. The reason I am writing today is because I'm in a rut. I was in a "biggest loser" competition at work that ended in May. I believe it lasted for about 5 months. Long story short, I won 2nd place losing 15 pounds give or take. The day of the final weigh in, my boyfriend and I headed for a vacation to the beach. Well, I've gained back 5 pounds and can't seem to get back into that competitive groove I was in with the competition. I guess I've never realized how competitive I really am. But, I really have a goal weight in mind and I can't seem to kick my butt back into gear. I haven't just completely jumped off of the band wagon and am eating loads of crap food, but I have had a hard time getting back to the point of exercising daily and watching what I eat. Is there anyone out there who has some advice for me? Thanks for your time!
