thats amazing! congrats!

Im a canvas of my experiences.

That's terrific! I am also "small in stature" and I know how HARD it is. I'm still working towards the day I am where I want to be weight-wise. Congratulations on getting there!

It is ONE day before my high school reunion weekend - and I did it: I reached my "ultimate goal" of weighing 100 pounds again (Yes, it is a good weight for me - I am 5'1/2" tall with tiny bones). When I started this journey, I weighed 146 (stress, junk food, etc) and at that point, I would not have created the committee to make the reunion happen, because I would never have been willing to be seen. As I started working with a personal trainer and following his nutrition guidelines, I gained the confidence to re-appear - I knew by last year at this time that I COULD DO IT. So this is more than just a reunion for me - it is a rebirth! Even I'm proud of me today - and I will never let it go!
