, but dont starve yourself, remember its about nutrition and excercise and doing it slowly. Everytime in the past that I have lost weight quickly it has just gone back on with more added weight. I have dropped 37lbs since Jan 1st, the last 7 in two weeks with spark program. This is the first time in my life I feel that this will be permanent weight loss. Be safe and healthy and God Bless.
