That is fantastic! I know how you feel about going to the bathroom more. It take a few days to adjust. Once adjusted though, I find that I get dehydrated more easily. Also, drinking more water makes my skin feel better. :-)

Congrats on reaching a goal!!! I have been drinking 10+ glasses a day, and I still am running to the restroom regularly!!! It does get annoying, but not always super bad....Your entire body will thank you~!
Yes, in the beginning, it is very normal to find yourself running to the washroom once you start drinking water on a regular basis. Our bodies will hold water if we aren't getting enough, and once we start getting it regularily, the body will release the stored water. So you aren't just getting rid of new water, you are flushing out old water as well. Once you get that regulated (a couple of days), your bathroom habits will settle down.
Of course, since you'll be drinking more than you were in the past, you will naturally go more than you were - but likely not five times in one morning.
So I reached my target of 8 glasses of water today. But a question???????, I must have had to use the toilet at least 5 times this morning......is this normal. I also cut down my coffee to 2 cups so far.
