Isn't that the best feeling ever??? I did an interval run about a month ago just to see if I could do it... it was 42 minutes long and up until that day, I always had to stop for about a minute or go down to walking for 1-2 minutes. The first time that I actually ran the whole thing without stopping was SO exciting and motivating that I felt like nothing could stop me.

Wow, that's awesome! Congrats!!! Coming from someone who only exercises 10 minutes a day (plus some walking here and there), I find that to be super impressive. I bet you can keep it up, as well!

Just felt like sharing that I actually exercised for a FULL HOUR today for the first time in my LIFE! I knew the Sparkpeople community would be the only people who could appreciate that what that means :):)

35 min cardio - mostly running instead of walking for the first time!
25 doing 30DS

Total calorie burn: 675 according to my HRM


YAY!
