Thanks guys! The scale finally moved today!! I lost another pound but a pound is a pound and they all ADD up!! I would also like to say since this post I have been back on board and not straying from my diet!

My history shows that if you are sticking to it, the pounds and the inches don't come off at exactly the same time. It is like your body size shrinks after the weight is lost.

The scale doesn't lie, but it doesn't always tell the truth, either... LOL.. Sometimes the weight is water hanging around if you aren't drinking enough... yes, drinking more keeps your body from hanging on to it. sometimes it is muscle that you have been building and that is disguising the weight loss. Just keep that Spark burning, and you will get there. And you are already doing your heart and your body a huge favor by exercising and by the weight you have already lost.

hii shannon i go off the reservation once in a while too.. but not like i used to heheheeee... sometimes that will trick yur metabolism .. yu may see a significant change shortly.after that........... drink lotttts of water.. super important!!!! and i also take vitamin d and b12..with a multi vit.. next im goint to try less pasta rice and bread ....... for some reason that really works for meee.. happy slimming!!!!

I find the true indication of body changes is the way my clothes fit. Don't obsess about the scale -- take your measurements once a month and you will be much happier with the results. I have had the scale stay the same for 3 months but the inches kept going. Eventually the two catch up with each other
So, yesterday I weighed and my scale has not moved in a week despite my better eating and work out habits. I had my first bad day (off diet) in 3 weeks! I sat around all day and did nothing and ate whatever I wanted. However, today I am proud to say I am back on board! I was at the store today trying on shirts and I am down a shirt size!! All of the 2X shirts swallowed me!
All I can say is goodbye 2X HELLO 1X!! I am getting there!
Even though I may not be loosing lbs. I am still loosing inches!!
