After not weighing myself for a while, I've decided to start again! and try to actually follow through. I think not making excuses for myself will be the hardest part.

Congratulations on investing in yourself! Even if you can't meet all your goals every day, it's important to stay committed over the long term. If you do, you will see results and you are worth it!

I am new at this and today is my 2nd day on my diet. I am kind of proud of myself because I stayed within my calorie range for 2 days. I also tried doing exercise and was able to get in about 20 min. That is my hardest thing to exercise. I hope tomorrow will be as good.
