I could eat pizza every night!
I limit myself to once a week, a great local pizza. First, I make myself a big salad and then I order the pizza for the family. I eat the salad while someone picks it up. Then I can limit myself to one or two slices without feeling hungry or deprived. Works for me!
I LOVE pizza and have to be very careful cause that is the one food that I really go overboard on!

I try to keep Low-fat English muffins on hand for quick mini-pizza cravings. I like Paul Newman's Sockarooni sauce, then add fresh mushrooms, green peppers, a dash of Italian seasoning, light cheese, and turkey pepperoni. Doesn't take long to bake. Hits the spot and wipes it out!

If you want dominos, get a small thin-crust pie with veggies, and it's really not so bad.
There's always a way to satisfy a craving without going over the top.

I for one am a huge Pizza fan! So I always have ingredients on hand to make my own using low calorie ingredients on pita bread. Sometimes I even make them on a little individual pita bread. Cravings only last about 2 min though... drink a huge glass of water and it helps. Keep up the great work!
