I have been a sp member for about 4 years now and most of my posts have been on the panic site ..... I have been so full of I wish, I'd like, I want and I can't. Well I decided this is going to be my year, the year I get healthy, the year I get rid of my all or nothing atttitude. I won't lie, it's not an easy transition, I am an all or nothing person but I am learning and because of it I have lost 15 pounds since the beginning of this year ! I still enjoy the foods I love... just not all the time and in moderation. I'm even learning to fit in some exercise time, probably not as much as I should, but definitely on the right track ! I have a long way to go but I can already feel the difference by eating healthier and not so often. What I really want to say today is yay me :) , I am going to make this my year !
