Ok. So I have always been over weight and I have never been able to stick to a diet before. But everything turned around when we started our own Biggest loser contest at work. I wanted to get a jump start on it so I started in mid January 2012. And since then I have lost over 55lbs! I am feeling so good and my kids are seeing it too. May daughter, who has always been my cheerleader, is so proud to say that her mommy has lost lots of weight and can fit into a size 14! I can't even remember when I could fit in to that size. I am just so excited to keep it up. I have a little under 30lbs to go before my goal. And I can't wait so see how good I look then! :)
