I'm glad you're starting to add food.

A day at a time and I will reach my goal. I am not perfect but I will forgive myself for the mistakes I make. Life is full of choices and sometimes we don't always make the best ones but that's what makes us human.

Well, I am startin to add stuff, like breakfast I'm addin a banana with cereal, and im gonna try to start havin a yogurt (choboni) with my lunch.

Congratulations........I only wish it was coming off that fast. Not that it matters but are you a male or female. I only ask becauase of your username and of course men always lose faster than women. Just does NOT seem fair though...

That's a lot of weight. I lost 70 lbs in 6 weeks once, but that was right after having my 1st child, and I was 20 (age was on my side :0)

Congrats Mrbrightside. Are you eating enough though? My calorie range is from around 1600 to 2000 and I only want to lose 15 pounds. Be careful you don't want to slow your metabolism and put your body into starvation mode.

Um going by what you've written as your intake you are eating well under 1000 calories per day..that's not exactly healthy...
Congratulations on your success, but I worry that you will not be able to maintain it and are damaging your body and metabolism by using such drastically low food intake to reach your goals..

All I did, was change what I eat.
I only drink water, breakfast i'll have a bowl of bran flakes.
Lunch, light turkey breast lunnch meta on 1 slice of whole wheat break with some mustard
dinner will be chicken of fish, with a good side of vegetables, and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened apple sauce.
Also I walk and jog 3.5 miles almost everyday.

Also I reached 250 today :) time to change the goal to 200!

So awesome, I am only 4 pounds away from the goal I put on here!
Jan 27th I was 319, Today I am 254!!
Of course tho, the main goal is 200, which I will set once i reach 250.
