Can't improve on all the excellent advice Karen and the others have provided here, Marti, but my heart goes out to you! Knees are painful things when something goes awry with them. I once had loose ligaments around the knees, so both of them slipped out of place a little (and it hurt!). Your body will always welcome exercise, so why not take care of those gorgeous arms for right now, get medical help if need be ("kneed" be?) for your knee, and know that with time, you'll gradually be able to get back to lower-body workouts. Get some good advice and maybe a diagnosis first, though, if the pain doesn't abate. All the best!

Start with RICE for that knee. Rest the knee. Put ice on the knee to reduce any swelling or inflammation, wrap the knee for compression and if necessary, elevate the knee too. Take a few days off from your exercise routine to see if the knee will heal. If the knee is still in pain tomorrow morning after icing it today, definitely call your doctor.
Since it is Friday, it probably wouldn't hurt to call your doctor today to let them know you've hurt your knee.
Like I said, NO EXERCISE. give your knee time to heal and see how it goes. Knee injuries are the worst to diagnose. And one wrong move can make it worse. thus the need to take it easy for a few days. You will not derail any of your efforts at good health or weight loss because you need to take a few days off from your routine. Take care of that knee.

If you are in that much pain or it doesn't subside, you really need to see a doctor. If it hurts without even standing on it, it could be serious. RICE for now but please get to a doctor. Take care.

Hang in there! Maybe ice it if you have not done so already.... Try not to let it get you down and definitely don't turn to the pantry for comfort...I know from experience it only makes the recovery more painful with remorse. SO please stay strong! I wishing you a speedy recovery!!!!

I hit my panic button today because my knee went out on me today. I'm in so much pain And I can not walk on it or work out. If I move it hurts. So my works outs have took a hit this week. But arms are starting to look good.
