You can have some chocolate or sweets, but instead of a king size Snickers, have a mini Snickers. There's no reason to deprive yourself of something you like; you just have to watch how Much you eat.

I crave junk foods especially chocolate and cookies. Alternative snacks do not seem to satisfy me. How can I enjoy chocolate without piling on the calories?
