Hey! Woo Hoo that is great 30 pounds total. Don't stop now. You will accomplish a lot if you don't quite, the nice weather will be here before long, and you will have another 30 pounds gone before you know it.

Woo Hoo for you! SparkGuy is right- adding exercise to your routine would be great! I saw your post about that in another forum, so I'll give you some suggestions there. Keep up the great work!

It's amazing how habit changes can change your life without you even taking notice for awhile, huh?
Once you have a little spare time, if you are able to add in just a small amount of consistent exercise (even if it's only 5-10 minutes per day), then this could help continue your great results!
I can't believe this, I have been working and going to school. I stopped exercising but still eat healthy. I dropped 10 lbs in 1 1/2 months without realizing it. I was shocked to fit into a size 15/16 instead of a 18/20!
I am so motivated after 9 months I have lost 30lbs. It took a while for my habits to change and now I realize it can't be done over night. It is amazing how I feel. I still have 33 lbs to loose before I am satisfied but now that I know how to do it, I think it will be a breeze.

Just last year June 2004 I weighed a whooping 212 and now I am down to 179! If I can do it anyone can!
