It pays off to focus on good eating habits and exercise. I've been trying to lose weight with Sparkpeople since last May, but something finally clicked this week. 1500 calories just doesn't seem that low anymore, and exercising just isn't that bad anymore. I actually broke a true, dripping from the hair type of sweat for the first time in five years. True, the weight loss will slow down, but as long as it comes off, I no longer care about how fast it happens. Woohoo!
