Today was my first big step in the right direction. I am so proud of myself for starting and completing everything as planned. I ate within my calorie goal, exercised for the minutes I planned and I tracked my progress.
It wasn't all easy, I have to admit some of it was hard but it was soooooo worth it. I still had food temptations clogging my mind but I persevered and overcame. Stressful thoughts hindered my workout so that I couldn't complete it in full in once instance but later I got right back on and completed it till it was done.
I thank God for such a blessed day. I'm looking forward for His Strength to carry me through another day.
