If you saved the recipe, it will be in your recipe box on SparkRecipes.com, but you can also access it from your nutrition tracker on SparkPeople.com.
If you are on your nutrition tracker page, click on the recipes tab (to the right of the groupings tab) and you will see a drop down menu for your shared recipes (if you entered any) and your favorite recipes (recipes that you saved and marked as a favorite). You can select the recipe from there and add it to your tracker from there.
Or you can go to SparkRecipes.com and hover over the My Recipes tab on the right side and select My Recipe Box. You will then see all the recipes that you have entered and saved as favorites. You can then click on the recipe and click on the button above the nutrition info box to add it to your meal planner.

I made a blender full of a spinach smoothie - I saved a recipe and in my favorites....I'm lost.
